Terms and Conditions for Participation in "As One" Ballet Masterclass

1. Introduction

By registering for the "As One" Ballet Masterclass ("Event"), you ("Participant" or "Guardian") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding participation in our program.

2. Eligibility and Registration

The masterclass is open to participants aged 12 years and above. For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required for registration.
By completing the registration form, Guardians consent to their child’s participation and agree to the terms outlined in this document.

3. Health and Safety

Participation in the masterclass requires physical activity, including but not limited to ballet, Pilates, contemporary dance and musical theatre.
Participants (or Guardians) must ensure that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the Event.
It is the responsibility of the Guardian to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect the Participant's ability to safely participate.

4. Liability Waiver

By registering for this Event, the Participant and/or Guardian acknowledges the inherent risks involved in dance activities.
"As One" Ballet Masterclass, its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the Event.
The Guardian hereby waives any and all claims against "As One" Ballet Masterclass and releases them from liability for any injuries sustained during participation.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the high exclusivity of the event, refunds will only be issued for cancellations made 14 days prior to the Event start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
In the event that the masterclass is postponed or canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, Participants will receive a full refund.

6. Media Release

By attending the masterclass, Participants and Guardians grant permission for the use of photographs, videos, and other recordings of the Participant for promotional and marketing purposes.
Media may be used on social media, websites, or promotional materials to promote future masterclasses and events.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to demonstrate respect towards instructors, staff, and peers at all times.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Disruptive or aggressive behavior
- Disrespect towards instructors, staff, or other participants
- Any form of bullying or harassment
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event for failing to adhere to this Code of Conduct.

8. Emergency Contact and Medical Information

Guardians are required to provide an emergency contact for each Participant and disclose any relevant medical information during registration.
In the event of an emergency, the organizers will make every effort to contact the Guardian. If immediate medical attention is required, the Guardian consents to appropriate medical intervention.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information collected includes the name, age, school, gender, and email of Participants. This information is used solely for registration purposes and to provide important updates about the Event.

10. Payment Terms

Payment for tickets must be completed at the time of registration. Payment options include Wix Payments, PayPal, and installment options through Afterpay.
Confirmation of registration will be provided via email upon successful payment.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

"As One" Ballet Masterclass reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
Continued participation in the Event signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
